All aspiring elite basketball players should focus on being as efficient as they can on the basketball court. Practice deliberate and skill specific moves you'll use in the game.
A lightning quick first step is a must have.
Step 1. Begin low in a strong basketball stance
Step 2. Attacking Right, Be sure to drive your left leg out in front with your left arm bar up protecting the ball
Step 3. Maintaining a low posture and keeping your head up, fully extend your right arm into a quick control dribble
Step 4. Push off your back right foot to propel you forward ensuring your shoulders are past the defender.
