Building a strong basketball stance involves five (5) main elements
1. Understanding the importance of court vision and remaining dedicated to always seeing the entire basketball court at all times.
2. Proper foot spacing for control and stabilization.
3. Triple Threat Position
4. Proper Hand Placement on the ball
5. Over the toes across your chest ball maneuvering technique to avoid ball contact by the defender
